Recognized for itsSummaryThe Validation Manager will oversee Sectigo’s validation team and process for all publicly issued certificates.

Reporting to the VP of Support Operations, this role will ensure that certificate validation conforms to both CA/B Forum Baseline Requirements and Sectigo’s CPS.

This role will also ensure that all contact with the customer affirms the value of Sectigo’s Validation Services while achieving efficiency and productivity goals while working to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage Sectigo’s certificate validation process and teams.Manage the team to provide superior performance and efficiency.Provide regular agent performance reporting as required.Ensure that each contact with the customer affirms the value of Sectigo’s Validation service.Achieve efficiency and productivity goals.Improve validation systems by reporting design and reliability problems and enhancements to development through the proper channels.Interpret and apply Cab Forum Baseline Requirements to real world scenarios in various global jurisdictions.Pursue quality and continuous improvement.Stay abreast of industry trends and compliance requirements.Compile weekly, quarterly, and annual reports and metrics.
