Hays has partnered with one of Canada’s oldest and leading brewers who are looking for a District Sales Manager to lead their Sales team in Gatineau, QC.

Responsibilities: Execution of national sales strategy and standards through distribution, promotion and merchandising Delivering against business targets Developing strategies and resource allocation within the district Managing and providing feedback of brand programs and marketing initiatives Managing annual district budget of up to $600,000+ Lead and develop the sales team (Territory Managers and Sales Reps) by setting targets, performance management Preparing team meetings to discuss territory analysis and annual planning Qualifications: 5+ years’ experience in the same or similar role within the alcohol/ beverage or CPG industry Prior packaged goods or beverage marketing experience is considered a strong asset Understanding of trade math and liquor board rules and regulations is also a strong asset Strong leadership and communication skills and will be able to demonstrate prior experience leading high performing teams The successful candidate will receive a base salary $100,000 $130,000/ year (dependent on experience) + additional annual bonus.
