Sr. Analyst, Sales Compensation Delivery

The Sr.

Analyst, Sales Compensation Delivery is a critical role in helping to drive the business through Sales Compensation.

In this role you will manage a business segment/channel and setup and calculate commissions for our sales employees.

You will interact with various teams to ensure compensation is accurate, timely and understood by our sales teams.

The successful candidate will leverage strong data, analytical and business acumen skills to deliver a superior level of customer service Responsibilities:
– Determine business requirements for Sales Compensation and design and build optimal solutions to support.

Manage the end to end compensation process including commissions calculation, payment, reporting, inquiries, communications
– Build/optimize databases and SQL statements required for commission calculations, develop ETL scripts, and establish best practices
– Conduct analysis, design, and implement stored procedures for the structure required for Sales Compensation Payment model and automate tasks
– Work with IT and data teams in creation of new processes or troubleshooting of any issues.

– Review documentation submitted by the Sales Channels to ensure program compliancy prior to payment
– Ensure operational controls for all set-up processes and payments are in place and are working effectively
– Implement proactive solutions and identify new processes to reduce compensation inquiries and escalations
– Lead cross functional meetings with the ability to highlight and identify compensation issues while determining execution and operational impacts
– Liaise with I.T.

teams on system fixes and trouble tickets processes
– Support data profiling, governance, and cleansing activities
– Create/update process documentations on payment work flow, document data related requirements and current state processes
– Provide financial analysis support to the Sales Compensation Team
– Provide coaching and support to the team to bring out optimal performance in meeting their objectives through both open communication and with a professional attitude Qualifications:
– 3-5 years relevant work experience in a Data analysis, or Sales Compensation role
– Very strong SQL knowledge, including SQL Server, MS Access and MS Excel skills
– 3 years’ experience in SQL scripting, store procedure, writing complex queries and functions
– Attention to detail and exacting quality standards required in particular as it relates to accuracy of data
– Excellent analytical, problem solving, planning, process and organizational skills are a must
– Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and objectives
– Highly effective communication skills (oral and written), coupled with strong presentation skills
– Ability to manage own work and meet deadlines while responding to frequent demands of multiple customers
– A motivated, self-starter capable of owning and driving assignments to completion
– Extensive experience with data and process set up, management and analysis
– Ability to work after-hours if required As a condition of hire, all new employees will be required to provide proof of vaccinations against COVID 19.
