About the Position As a Technical Solutions Professional, you’ll play a key role within our Go-To-Market teams, working closely with the Sales Lead and contributing to revenue and market share growth by leading the technical customer engagement end-to-end, from software solution reviews to demos to proofs-of-concepts.

You’ll be the pre-sales technical expert on the Sales Pursuit team, identifying and demonstrating technical features that meet customers’ requirements and provide them with their desired business value.

All in all, you’ll be integral to helping us drive our growth in international markets.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a junior IT specialist to move out of the daily grind of helpdesk support and immerse themselves in the Microsoft product ecosystem, enabling our potential customers to understand how MS products fit into their infrastructure and provide value to their business.

As our ideal candidate you bring a passion for technology, technical acumen related to Microsoft cloud solutions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure), positive enthusiasm, refined communication skills, and a hunger to achieve more.

Experience: 2+ years of experience with one or more of the following: technical presales, post-sales consulting or relevant company/customer IT application implementation/management/support.

Success working with customers/stakeholders in software presales, customer success, support, or consulting engagements.

Proven success or ability to demonstrate software solutions’ value and competitive advantage to multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

Desired understanding of: IT Service Management; ITIL; Enterprise Service Management.

Microsoft business solutions in one or more of the following: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations; Power Platform.

Microsoft’s ecosystem of Cloud solutions.

Managed Service Providers.

Desired skills: Excellent presentation and communications skills across various customer stakeholders; experienced storyteller.

Ability to uncover stated and unstated needs and map customer problems and pain points to Provance software solutions.

Customer-centric mindset with demonstrated passion for delivering customer value.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Growth mindset, insatiably curious, always learning and welcoming of challenges for the opportunity to grow.
