Opportunity DetailsLeverageTek is actively seeking an IT Business Analyst for a 6-Month contract with its Gatineau-based customer.
***This position will be performed remotely until further notice.
***Once our customer is in a return to office phase you will be expected to work onsite.QualificationsMinimum 5+ years as an IT Business AnalystExperience supporting projects and solutioning within Azure cloud environmentsExperience with cloud applications and fully managed cloud servicesFamiliarity with SaaS/IaaS/PaaS cloud service delivery modelsExperience with various cloud deployment models (Private, Public, Hybrid)AssetsEnglish essential; Bilingualism (French) an assetExperience with Cloud AutomationExperience with the integration of cloud services into ITSM tools and processesExpertise in business process analysis, data analysis and requirements documentation, analytics and automation tools would be an assetCBAP designation would be an assetLean Six Sigma Certification is an assetResponsibilitiesCritically evaluate business requirements gathered from multiple sources and identify the underlying business needsAssess and validate various technology solutions in order to document gap analysis with recommendationsFacilitate sessions, interviews, and analysis to identify areas for process and systems improvementsPrepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs}, including functional and non-functional requirementsEnsure knowledge transfer to users by providing complete and updated documentation and by identifying appropriate training needs
