– Hull Permanent Permanent On behalf of our private sector client, who is a leader in modern network performance, we are looking for a Product Support Engineer in a permanent/full-time role.

Located in the downtown Gatineau (Hull), our client is looking for a candidate with some Technical Experience who also has a strong telecommunication and/or engineering background.

Roles and Responsibilities Receive and action customer service requests within target timeframes Escalate issues according to defined procedures Log software defects and product enhancement requests internally Partner with Development, Product Management and other internal groups to ensure timely issue resolution Contribute to product Knowledge Base through articles Qualifications and Experience 3-5 years of experience working in a customer facing environment Strong knowledge of radio technologies and services (GSM, WCDMA, LTE and VoLTE/SIP) Knowledge and experience supporting end-users in 4G/5G environment is a significant asset Experience within a Windows environment is essential Professional experience with an SQL database Completed University Degree in an Engineering field is a significant asset Education and Certifications Minimum education required: University Degree or College Diploma Preferred field of study: Engineer We appreciate and encourage all applicants although only those being considered for the role will be contacted.
