Reporting to the Senior Director, Financial Applications, the Senior Project Manager, Financial Applications will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives related to our Financial Applications.

Responsibilities
· Direct, plan, organize and oversee all aspects and activities related to one or more projects at one time;
· Supervise, guide, coach, and direct work of multiple direct reports, including technical and functional resources assigned to projects;
· Develop, maintain, and monitor progress of project plans and budgets to ensure they are proceeding per timelines and targets;
· Drive delivery of activities being performed and obtain input from project team members to provide regular reports on status to management;
· Ensure adherence to Brookfield project management methodology while proactively recommend/identify areas for improvement in that methodology;
· Proactively communicate and collaborate with decision-makers, system owners, and end-users to analyze information needs and requirements;
· Maintain project dataand repository of artifacts from stakeholders, project team, dependent programs to ensure complete and accurate project artifacts.

Requirements
· Capable of working in a fast-paced environment; able to work effectively in ambiguous or changing situations; ability to manage time effectively;
· Ability to coordinatemultiple tasks, manage expectations and meet tight deadlines;
· Self-starter, able towork independently without significant coaching or oversight;
· Strong leadership skills and the ability to provide direction and coaching to team members;
· Ability to identify problems and deal with situations and issues proactively;
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and effectively with executives, managers, and subject matter experts;
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a conscientious, consistent, and thorough manner;
· Advanced knowledge ofMicrosoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
· Experience in the areas of application integration and methodologies, business process design, process re-engineering and continuous improvement;
· Practical experience with internal control procedures and audit requirements in relation to data access, security and master data configuration would be an asset;
· Experience with ERP systems (IFS, D365) and/or financial consolidation applications (Cognos Controller, One Stream).

Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an IT project delivery/management role
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology or related field
