ServiceNow Consultant – Procom KW is looking for an on-site contractor to support our international manufacturing client’s ServiceNow environment in Cambridge. We are looking for a resource with extensive ServiceNow experience along with JEE development skills that can be utilized for other internal custom built applications.

ServiceNow Consultant Responsibilities

  • ServiceNow development, configuration and administration;
  • Working closely with the customer to support, maintain and enhance the ServiceNow environment.

ServiceNow Consultant Mandatory Skills

  • ServiceNow Developer/Administrator (certificate or equivalent experience);
  • 3+ years JEE stack (Spring, REST Services, SOAP Services) development and design;
  • 3+ years HTML 5 stack (AngularJS or equivalent framework) development and design;
  • Professionalism: an individual who is serious about what they do and willing to take the time to achieve a deep understanding of their craft. Always professional in talk and manner;
  • Customer First Attitude: understanding who the customer is and how to best serve them;
  • Capable of meeting with customers face-to-face to clarify and design existing solutions, design requirements into a proposed solution, and implement the solution on time and within budget;
  • Self-Motivated: creative problem-solvers who can adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements;
  • Team Player: candidate must also be capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.

ServiceNow Consultant Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including the configuration of the ITSM (IT Service Management) modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, etc.;
  • Experience developing custom applications & workflows within the ServiceNow platform from the ground up;
  • Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON);
  • Experience with Discovery sources such as (SCCM, LAN Sweeper, Airwatch);
  • Good working knowledge of ITIL V3;
  • Experience with Active Directory, FIM, Office 365;
  • CMDB / Asset Management.

ServiceNow Consultant Assignment Length

7 month initial contract, likely extension beyond
