This is a Full-time position in Outaouais, QC posted October 12, 2017.

Payroll Clerk – Cash 4 You Corporation

Location: Cambridge, Ontario


The candidate is responsible for processing payroll for over 500 employees.

This person will deliver consistent and accurate information on a timely basis. To be successful in this position, the individual must be able to time manage, display an extremely high level of organizational skills and display honesty and integrity when producing, delivering and distributing information. In addition, a high level of customer service orientation is a must.


  • Process payroll bi-weekly for over 500 employees
  • Print, review, and reconcile exception reports accordingly
  • Work with management on missing new hire documents
  • Respond to all payroll inquiries from stores in a timely manner
  • Respond to all government agency inquiries
  • Assist in preparation and maintenance of Payroll Policy and Procedures Manual
  • Complete all other tasks as directed by the Finance Team or Other Senior Management


  • College or University education in Accounting, Business or Finance, or equivalent professional accreditation (PCP or CPM)
  • Three (3) years work experience in payroll or finance
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Work experience of payroll systems (ADP preferred), and internal controls
