This is a Contract position in Outaouais, QC posted September 25, 2017.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Assisting clients with setup and configuration of web based platform.
  • Providing end user training on software solutions
  • Troubleshooting and testing to diagnose and resolve client request

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Provide training on software solutions to end users
  • Logging details of training in SmartSheet
  • Submitting enhancement request on behalf of clients
  • Making recommendations on improving product based on client feedback
  • Communicating to clients updates on challenges/enhancement request
  • Conducting webinars for ongoing education
  • Assisting with video tutorial content
  • Escalating client challenges to Team Lead/Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 0-2 years’ experience in Customer Support is preferred but not required
  • Experience with Netsuite and ticketing systems preferred
  • Post graduate education is preferred but not required
