Administrative assistant – Gatineau

Budget Propane 1998 - Quebec Branch (Valleyfield, Gatineau, Mirabel)

This is a Full-time position in Gatineau, QC posted October 1, 2017.

Responsible of the Branch Administration tasks; 
Responding to incoming telephone calls and walk-in customers;
Data entry – invoicing and payments;
Collection – Accounts Receivable.  

CEGEP or Professional Studies diploma in secretary of office management  training, or equilivant.
1 to 3 years experience in the post of administrative assistant.
Bilingual – French and English – written and spoken required.
Attention to detail and good work ethic.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Word.
